Gizlilik ve Veri İşleme

Adresto validates order shipping addresses for Shopify merchants. We process the minimum data necessary for this single purpose.

• What we store: the shipping address fields of an order (address lines, district, province, postal code, country), the order id/name, and validation results. We do not store customer names, e-mail addresses or phone numbers.
• AI processing: when rule-based checks are inconclusive, the address text is sent to a third-party AI service for verification. The customer's name, phone number, e-mail address and order number are stripped before the call (sanitizeForAi) — only the address text itself is transmitted.
• Retention: validation records are deleted automatically after 90 days. Audit logs (which contain no personal data) are kept for 12 months.
• GDPR: we honour Shopify's customers/data_request, customers/redact and shop/redact webhooks; customer data is reported or erased accordingly and every request is audit-logged.
• Website analytics: our public website (this page, the landing page and the blog) uses Google Analytics cookies to measure visitor traffic anonymously. This covers the website only — the app itself sets no analytics cookies, and no merchant or order data processed by the app is ever sent to Google.
• Sub-processors: hosting & database (application infrastructure), a third-party AI service used for address verification (address text only), and Google Analytics (public website traffic only).

Adresto, Shopify mağazaları için sipariş teslimat adreslerini doğrular. Bu tek amaç için gereken asgari veriyi işleriz.

• Sakladıklarımız: siparişin teslimat adresi alanları (adres satırları, ilçe, il, posta kodu, ülke), sipariş no/adı ve doğrulama sonuçları. Müşteri adı, e-postası veya telefonu saklanmaz.
• AI işleme: kural kontrolleri kararsız kaldığında adres metni doğrulama amacıyla üçüncü taraf bir yapay zekâ hizmetine gönderilir. Müşteri adı, telefon, e-posta ve sipariş numarası çağrıdan önce ayıklanır (sanitizeForAi) — yalnızca adres metninin kendisi iletilir.
• Saklama süresi: doğrulama kayıtları 90 gün sonra otomatik silinir. (Kişisel veri içermeyen) denetim kayıtları 12 ay tutulur.
• KVKK/GDPR: Shopify'ın customers/data_request, customers/redact ve shop/redact webhook'ları uygulanır; müşteri verisi buna göre raporlanır veya silinir, her talep denetim kaydına işlenir.
• Web sitesi analitiği: herkese açık web sitemiz (bu sayfa, tanıtım sayfası ve blog) ziyaretçi trafiğini anonim olarak ölçmek için Google Analytics çerezleri kullanır. Bu yalnızca web sitesi için geçerlidir — uygulamanın kendisi analitik çerezi kullanmaz ve uygulamanın işlediği mağaza/sipariş verileri Google'a gönderilmez.
• Alt işleyiciler: barındırma ve veritabanı (uygulama altyapısı), adres doğrulaması için kullanılan üçüncü taraf yapay zekâ hizmeti (yalnızca adres metni) ve Google Analytics (yalnızca herkese açık web sitesi trafiği).
