In Türkiye the address fields are free text. Province, district and neighbourhood often arrive missing, misspelled or swapped. Fixing it after the parcel ships gets expensive.
Kadikoy, Istanbull, a missing neighbourhood... The courier hub can't find the address, so the parcel comes back.
Entries like Province: Kadıköy, District: İstanbul simply don't match anything in the courier's system.

No. Validation runs automatically as soon as the order arrives. Orders with a clean address are never held; only those with a bad address wait until it is sorted out. We also add a timeout to the hold, so if it runs out the order is released on its own.
By default, no. It shows suggestions in the panel; nothing changes until you hit Apply. If you like, you can turn on auto-apply for high-confidence corrections, and that's entirely up to you.
You don't. Adresto uses Shopify's built-in extension points: the customer form goes on the Thank You page, the status block on the order screen. Not a line changes in your theme, and nothing is left behind if you uninstall.
Nothing that protects a delivery stops. Rule-based validation, the shipment pause, the customer fix form and order notes keep running on every plan. Only automatic AI correction pauses once you are well past your quota, and it comes back the moment you upgrade or the month rolls over.
